Yes, the Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 15" White Spoke Wheel # AM3S640DX will work for your Northwood Nash 22H trailer, but I actually recommend picking up the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Vesper Black Mod Wheel # MX37FR instead, simply because it is a radial tire which is designed to perform better on the highway.
I also think the black mod wheel looks better than the white spoke, but that's just my opinion.
