I have a Coachmen Freedom Express 274rks with the lippert 2” in receiver hitch mounted to the frame. Most information I see says this is used on motorhomes but will it work on my travel trailer?

The Roadmaster Spare Tire Mount # RM-195125 can be mounted in any 2" x 2" trailer hitch receiver regardless of whether it's a trailer, motorhome, or even just a vehicle. It's shown as an accessory for motorhomes because it's designed to haul a spare tire and is also rated for use while flat towing. In your case the only thing you need to worry about is exceeding the weight capacity of the trailer's hitch and the weight capacity of the accessory with whatever you load onto it.
