When the air bag or Sumo spring is rated for 5,000 pounds, is that per bag or pair?

Hello Roger; all of our suspension enhancement lists the support capacity for the entire system so it is for the pair of air bags/springs. The SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-106-47-1 and Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F22ZR both have a 5,000 lb capacity and are confirmed to fit your 2024 Ford E-Series Cutaway.
If you're having a hard time deciding I can help you out with that. If you would like complete adjustability the air bags are the best option. This also means you will want some kind of air compressor like the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ so you can adjust the air pressure no matter where you go. If you would prefer to install something you won't have to adjust/maintain then the SumoSprings are the better option.
