Trailer Wheel Bolt Pattern that Has 2-3/4 inches Between Wheel Stud Centers

Updated 01/05/2026 | Published 09/18/2024

Question:

Just popping in here, Michael/team. I have the same issue: looking for tires, but also rims, for the '98 Mesa. However, I thought I measured correctly the 5 bolt pattern, and got 2 and 3/4" from the center of one stud to the center of the next/neighbor stud. Would that be possible, meaning it'd be a 5 bolt pattern but at 4.75" bolt circle? Or am I off and it's likely that it was actually 2 and 5/8", meaning 4.5" bolt circle? Thanks in advance if you see this. Sean

Hey Sean, the 2-3/4 inch wheel stud to wheel stud dimension you took does indicate you have the bolt pattern of 5 on 4-3/4 inches which is a fairly standard trailer wheel bolt pattern. We only have this in one wheel and tire size though with the part # KE89JR which is a ST205/75-15 tire mounted on a silver mod wheel.

Hey Sean, how did things turn out with that 5 on 4-3/4 bolt pattern for your Mesa? Your update could make it easier for others trying to match their wheel and tire setup.
