There is not an option for black, only the gray to replace the fender, which is the Replacement Fender Assembly for Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly - Driver Side # DM5982.
It has a galvanized finish so painting it is gonna be tough, but if you don't want one gray and one black fender there is also the option of getting the matching gray Replacement Fender Assembly for Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly - Passenger Side # DR74FR.
