How do you know hydraulic brakes are not working if they are broken?

You can test that the hydraulic brakes on your Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly # DM9713045 are working correctly by jacking up one wheel and chocking the other.

Have a friend use a piece of wood to engage the surge brake actuator while you try to spin the wheel. It should not be able to move.

If you find the brakes are not being applied correctly then you will want to check that the master cylinder has enough brake fluid, and that the pads on the disc brakes are not worn out.

If the brake pads are worn out they can be replaced with the # DM59VR.
