For a 1/2 inch x 20 lug nut size, which is what is used on the Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13 inch wheel, # AM3S140, you will torque them down to 75-85 foot pounds.
You should re-torque them at 10 miles, 25 miles, and 50 miles, and then periodically after that.
You might also be interested in some 1/2 inch lug nuts # CE11051.
