I want to convert an 18’ Carefree manual awning on a 2008 Monaco Monarch class A motorhome to automatic awning. I’m looking at the Lippert arm kit. I would like to replace the fabric as well. What arm kit would give the longest extension? I can get power to the awning arms.

Hi Everett,
The replacement we can offer with the longest arms are the Solera Smart Arm, which can replace Carefree Spirit, Fiesta, Simplicity Traveler, and Eclipse models. These have 63-1/2" long outer arms, and require 69" of wall space to mount; you can choose from either White or Black:

Do you know how far the canopy will extend out from the motorhome when it’s fully extended? It should be around 8’. It will be further than the outer arm. Thank you
