What is the difference between the LC759405 and the LC434724 kits?

Good question, and the difference between the standard Solera 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC434724 (White) or # LC434723 (Black) and the Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC759405 (White) or # LC759517 (Black) is the latter's touchpad (pictured).

This touchpad allows you to control the awning along with the included switch, and it also allows you to use additional accessories, the Solera Smart Arm Wind Sensor Kit # LC715123, Solera Smart Arm Infrared Security Sensor # LC715124, and LED Fabric Light Kit # LC674282, which are all compatible with the Smart Arm awning kit.

Really what it comes down to is if you want tot use the accessories then the Smart Arm is the way to go, but if you don't want to use them, the more economical standard conversion kit is the better choice.
