will the Drawtite 1 1/4 trailer hitch #36289 fit my 2011 santé fe or2008 Ford Taurus

There are hitches available that would fit either your 2011 Hyundai Santa fe or 2008 Ford Taurus, but the Draw Tite Hitch part # 36309 that you referenced will not fit either.

For your Santa Fe you would want the Draw-Tite part # 75684. For trailer wiring you would want the part # 118415.

For your Taurus you would want the Draw-Tite part # 75299. For trailer wiring you would want the part # 118447.

For a ball mount, hitch ball, and pin and clip, I would recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, part # 989900. This is a kit which includes 2 ball mounts, a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, and a hitch pin and clip.
