I don't have an exact figure I can give you, but I can help you determine a close approximation of what the ground clearance your 2004 Buick LeSabre will have after the Draw Tite hitch part # 36309 is installed.

First, your current exhaust will actually hang lower than the hitch opening, if you check out the picture I attached you will see this. The hitch opening will sit right below the rear bumper. So basically if you measure from the rear fascia to the ground on your vehicle and then subtract about 2 inches you will know how much ground clearance the hitch will have.
