Hello Robert. We do have a 064 key from Thule, part # THKEYN064. This will work with the Thule brand bike racks and cargo carriers, as well as the older Sears Sport 20-SV and X-Cargo Cargo Boxes. I do not recognize the CCP LB prefix though. Usually the Thule carriers will have just the key number or have the letter "N" as a prefix.
What exactly you are using this key for? As long as it is a Thule or Sears cargo box with the 064 key, the # THKEYN064 will be correct. If you have something else you will likely need a different key though.
