Hello Tj; we don't have any information on the 2015 Forest River Cedar Creek Silverback 33RL so you will need to identify your axles to find the right parts. If you are able to email me a picture of the axle tag that would be the easiest way to handle it.
If I had to guess based on the GVWR you likely have 6k axles. If you find that is correct, you can use the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-7-SA. These are designed for 5,200 lb - 7,000 lb axles and fit a 5 bolt brake flange.
The bearing kit would either be the # BK3-100 or # BK3-110 depending on the grease seal. I can determine the grease seal with the axle tag or you can pull the hub and look for a part number/measure the inner diameter. The # BK3-100 has a 10-36 grease seal with a 2.25" ID and the # BK3-110 has a GS-2125DL grease seal with a 2.125" ID.

Hey Tj, did you get a chance to confirm your axle size on the Silverback so you could match the right brakes and bearing kit? Knowing which seal fit would be helpful for others working on similar Forest River trailers. Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same setup.
