Hi Alice, thank you for reaching out to us. I'm happy to give some guidance, but if you can provide any more details about why you suspect a hardware issue, we can try to troubleshoot more accurately.

To start, disconnect all wires, then reconnect all wires. Also, make sure the minus on the MPPT charge controller, # VN62VR (PV minus/Battery minus) is not bypassing the charge controller. If the error remains, you'll want to contact the dealer where you bought the product because we would consider there to be a hardware defect and it will not auto-reset.

I did not see a record with your name or email information in our system.

Once we get this problem figured out for you, I'm always curious to know how/where people plan on using their solar setup. I had solar on my last camper, but haven't added it to my new one yet.
