@Bob right on! Yeah 3 inch is the correct size for data ports like this.

I replaced the existing coax cover on my 2023 Airstream with the Smartplug. I use it for my Starlink, which uses the RJ45 plug. I didn't need to cut a hole in the camper, because the old cover was the same size. The screw pattern was the same too. It works great, it's water proof and matches the other Smartplug that has the power coupler. My camper is in storage, so I can't get a picture. It was a bit pricey, but I will never need to replace it, it's extremely durable. Thats worth the money to me.
