Hello John. We do offer an axle that is very close to your specs, but we do not offer any square tube axles here. Our axle it a round tube leaf spring axle, part # T3584F-EZ-8974. This is a 3,500 lb axle. it is 89" long from hub face to hub face and the spring seats are at 74". The hub face length is the most important thing to match. We can always sell you a few loose spring seats part # TRSS238 and you can have them attached at 74". I know this is not a direct replacement but it is our closest option. For a direct replacement your best bet will be to reach out directly to Dexter.
