Yes, the Curt hitch extender # C45791 and anti-rattle device # 63232 are compatible with each other and with Curt trailer hitch # C13204. Please keep in mind that the use of the extender will reduce the tongue weight capacity of the trailer hitch by 50 percent. That will reduce the hitch you have on your 2014 Nissan Rouge to 175 pounds.
