Hey Steve, we don't have any custom trailer hitches for your 2016 Ford E-450, but we do have a universal option available. Check out the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # 15903. This hitch will fit frames from 18" to 60" wide, has universal side weld on brackets, and has a max weight capacity of 15,000 lbs.
