Hello Jim,

I am glad that you wrote in, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75549 will fit the 2024 Sprinter 3500 with standard bumper, since your Sprinter has the step bumper you are going to want the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - # 75601. I know you were originally looking at the Class IV, for the step bumper they only make a Class III. I also attached 2 pictures so you can see where we hide the information on what model bumper it will fit. If you are looking for the wiring as well, please let me know,

Hey Jim, how did the Draw-Tite hitch for the step bumper work out on your Sprinter 3500? Your update could make it easier for others choosing between the Class III and Class IV options. Did you end up adding wiring for towing too?
