Yes, the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR would be a fit for your 2023 Toyota Tacoma. For an easier installation you can go with the # RED68CR which will come with a plug-and-play harness. You can also pick up the Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-002 to mount the plug in a blank button spot in the dash instead of having to drill the dash.
