2oo4 Toyota highlander multipurpose do you tow it in neutral or park when using a tow dolly

Hey Joe, you'll want to pull up the owners manual and look under the recreation towing section to find the procedure for towing your Highlander on a dolly. Due to it's age I am not able to find that info otherwise I would just tell you. I can say that in nearly every situation it's park.
