Troubleshooting Furrion Vision S That Lost Connection to Monitor

Question:
2016 f350 with a 2017 jayco eagle HT. Been working fine for 3+ years. Now it says lost signal. The light on the camera is on, I have it tied to my running lights. I have unplugged and connected it to the monitor pigtail and it works. I don’t think it’s a distance issue as it was working before. Can the antenna go out? Any thoughts?

If I am understanding you correctly it does work again when really close to the monitor? It is possible the antenna is bad which we have as a replacement with the part # 77257 but you might check to make sure you current antenna is tight and hasn't come loose.
