Hey Noel, we don't have any custom trailer hitches for your 2015 Ford E350 but we do have a universal hitch # C47CR that you can use.
This hitch will fit frames 18" to 44", has a class V 2"x2" receiver opening, and has a nice 16,000 lb weight capacity. If you have a wider frame than 44" then you can use # 15903 instead which will fit frames up to 60" wide.

Hey Noel, did one of those Curt universal hitches end up working for your Ford E350? Knowing which one fit best could really help others with the same van setup. Your update could make it easier for the next person looking for a hitch option.
