Can Benton ShiftShow Bike Rack for 4 Bikes Fold All the Way Up for Storage

Can this rack fold all the way up for storage, or is that just how it comes out of the box?

The Benton ShiftShow Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # B94FR can be folded back up all the way to take up less storage space. This is probably my favorite part of the bike rack design because you don't have to worry about tripping over the shank or storing it upright against a wall - you can easily fit it on a shelf in your garage or even in the back of your car!
