Question:
I have a Fan-tastic model 5250 vent in my rv. The circuit board is bad. Do you have a replacement circuit board? Do You have a upgrade that will work or do I need to replace my vent comple? Thanks

Richard, with your FanTastic 5250 vent being obsolete your only option is to upgrade it with the Kit # FV807357 you found. You may also need a new inner garnish which you can determine by following the instructions on the bottom of page 4 which I have linked near the bottom of the page.
Another option you might consider is just going with a new vent like the MaxxFan # MA00-04500K which has better replacement part availability should something break in the future.

Hey Richard, how did things go with the upgrade kit for your FanTastic 5250 vent? Did the new setup fit well or did you end up going with the MaxxFan instead? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same vent.
