Replacement Control Board for Fan-Tastic Vent 7350 Series

Question:

hey there, I bought one of the fantastic 7350 in November. My daughter played with the remote and pressed a lot of buttons. suddenly the lid sopped opening/closing automatically. everything else is working and up/down is giving a beep too. i tried to give the lid motor external 12V and it turned. But the remote seems to give wrong signal/command to the board. is there any thing i can try? reprogram oder reset ? thanks

If the lift motor will no longer operate with the controller but does when you apply direct 12 volt power then that tells me there is an issues with the control board. The only way to replace the control board on the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent part # FV807350 is with the Fan-Tastic Vent 7350 Series Upgrade Kit part # FV807359.
