Looking for an RV spare tire carrier that will mount on rear folding rack on my 2022 Forest River Artic Wolf. Seen some in pictures, but cannot find information on what they are. Thanks, Don

Hey Don, it sounds like you are looking for a spare carrier that would attach to your folding hitch cargo carrier. I am sure there's something that could be made to work like the etrailer # e99045 that you referenced but we aren't going to have anything custom fit for your carrier.
Another option would be the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Carrier part # RM-195225 which you could install between your hitch and the cargo carrier.
