Question:
My water heater relief valve has a 5 probe. Do you have a pressure relief probe with a 5 probe? Does it make a difference the length of the probe? Ive replaced relief valve earlier this year it had a short probe, I think it was 3 and it is starting to leak

Hi Larry,
You can replace your valve with a 5" probe with the Camco RV Water Heater Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve - 3/4" Valve with 4" Probe # CAM10473 so long as yours has the same 150 PSI and 210 degree temperature ratings.
I have to imagine yours is the same though, as that is the standard pressure and temperature rating for the valves.

Hello Kyle The valves leaks a small amount of water at the point where the gas or electric heating shuts off. Perhaps the shut off setting is set just a little to high. Think the setting is factory set too?
