Troubleshooting Instashower 7 that Won't Turn On

Question:
I just installed my new InstaShower 7, but it won’t turn on and it doesn’t read any symbols:fan, shower, or ignition. I’ve check my wiring, as well as voltage, and they are reading 12v DC. I’ve check gas flow, as well as bleeding the lines twice. I’ve check all fuses and none are tripped. The controller receives power and reads temperatures because when trying to start the water heater, I can see the temperature to the cold water temperature. The propane is dual tank fed with the pressure running the other utilities. What is going on?

Hey JD, are there any error codes? You should hear a beep and see an error code on the display of your Instashower 7 part # FG29FR. If you check out the attached install instructions link starting on page 19 you'll see troubleshooting info.
