So long as your 2023 Ford F-350 came with the factory puck system the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider item # BWRVK3370 is by far your best option. The Companion Slider has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will give you 12" of travel for making tight turns and backing.
The Companion's 1" thick dual jaws will give you a 360-degree jaw to kingpin contact. This system minimizes the chucking, jarring and noise that can occur when towing a fifth wheel trailer. This not only provides a more secure connection but also a quieter more comfortable towing experience.
The legs built into the Companion item # BWRVK3370 base will drop right down into the pucks built into the bed of your truck. As far as your rubber mat goes it will need to be removed or you'll have to cut an H pattern out of it if you tow all the time. The tolerances are really low and there's no room to mount the 5th wheel hitch over any rubber mats. We've had customers have to trim off some material for spray in bed liners to make hitches fit.
