Looking For Wheel Bearings And Races For A 1992 Layton 1850 EL Travel Trailer

Question:
Iam looking for wheel bearings and races for my 1992 Layton model 1850 EL travel trailer. There are no numbers on any of the exsisting bearings or races. Any help is greatly appreciated !

Hello Jarold, thanks for reaching out. Without any numbers on the bearings, it is going to be tricky because there is no way to look up a year and model of trailer to know the bearing sizes. If you know the axle weight capacity, that will help to narrow things down. The best thing to do will be to take a digital caliper to each bearing. Measure the inner diameter of each bearing, and the inner diameter of each race. If you can provide me with that info, I am happy to look into it and see what we can do for you.

Hey Jarold, were you able to get those bearing and race measurements from your Layton trailer? Once you had the sizes, did you find a kit that matched up? Your update could make it easier for others trying to replace unknown bearings.
