Are Wheels Available With A Positive Offset To Pull Them Closer To The Frame And Clear The Fenders

Question:
I have a boat trailer with zero offset which pushes my tire beyond my fender by an inch. Need a +45-50 in order to pull the tire within the fender well . Can y’all help?
