Hey Will,
I'm happy to say the answer is yes, the 3,500 lb DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit # DE66YR is a fit for the #84 E-Z Lube Spindle # TRU74FR.
The DeeMaxx hubs fit the spindle, and the grease cap on them has a rubber plug that you remove to easily access the grease zerk on the spindle.
