I have an f2 double wheel jack. The wheels are broken. Can I replace the wheels with a swivel foot plate, or is that not a compatibility option

I currently only see the foot plate offered with the Fulton F2 Swing-Up Jack # F1413230134 and not offered as a replacement part. We do have the Replacement Wheel # F500138 for the dual wheel style Jack # F1413020134
