Furrion AC System With E3 Error Code Still On After Replacing Thermostat and Control Box

Question:
I have a furrion air conditioner. The thermostat stop working and we order knew one to replace old one. It gave us E3 code. Well we also changed control box. It has been checked by hooking up thermostat to thermostat wire on AC. That didnt do anything different either. All wire have been checked to see if voltage is good. Im at a lost. This camper is something my mother in law lives in so it is hooked up to electric and has battery hooked up. Its 2021openrange light travel trailer.

The E3 error code on a Furrion AC unit indicates a communication error between the thermostat and controller. The typical cause is usually a cut or short in the wiring. Since you have replaced both the thermostat and the controller you will want to try running a separate thermostat wire from the controller to the thermostat to verify this fixes the issue.

We have done the separate thermostat wire also. It did same thing. Are there dipswitchs in that control box.
