Tanya, the weight distribution system you choose is going to depend on the total tongue weight of that horse trailer. What you're going to need to do is get that trailer loaded up like you're ready to haul it, and then have it weighed. That tongue weight figure, whatever it is, is what you'd need to go by when you pick put a system.

Ideally you'd want your tongue weight to land somewhere in the middle of the systems capacity so you give yourself plenty of room for error or abnormalities.

So for instance, if your total tongue weight was lets say 1,200 lbs, then the Blue Ox SwayPro # BXW1500 you were looking at would be a great pick.
