I wish I could give you an exact yes or no on this but I can help you to determine if the Custom Third Brake Light Camera System # 3460009 which fits your 2016 Ford F-250 will see the gooseneck ball. You simply need to determine if the camera placement just under your 3rd brake light has clear line of sight to your gooseneck ball. A simple way to tell is by running a string from roughly 1" below your 3rd brake light to the gooseneck ball. If the string hits your tool box then you know you will not be able to see the ball.
