Are the Tonneau Cover Clamps 1704592 Available Separately?

Question:
I replaced my factory installed sport bar with a bed rack and want to reinstall the tonneau cover on my 2020 Colorado ZR2. The bed rack sits down further not allowing the six 3” standard clamps to work. The two 5” optional stake hole pocket clamps 1704592 work great, but I only have 2, so is there a way to buy just some of these? I need 6 optional stake hole pocket clamps 1704592.
