Is this compatible with an invisibrake system installed on a 2021 Equinox or do I need to use a connector that goes up to the diodes?

There are no compatibility issues with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C94FR and the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Flat Tow Brake System item # RM-8700.

Please note that the Curt item # C94FR is designed for the 2021 Chevy Equinox's with the factory tow package. If yours does not have the factory tow package you will need item # 118750. These are for towing a trailer with your Equinox and are unrelated to anything involving flat towing.

I am going to be using this mainly to connect lights on a cargo carrier while the Equinox is being flat towed behind my motorhome. What do I need for this situation1?

@MarkG If you do not have the tow package you'll need the Tekonsha item # 118750 which plugs in behind your tail lights. The Curt item # C94FR, you were looking at, is a replacement harness for the tow package.
