Looking for Dexter axle contacted manufacturer this is what they gave me 1592239 is a valid pre-configure number for a D35 3.5K HF=85.5 SC=68.25 axle.

Hey William, thanks for reaching out!
In order to get a direct replacement for your axle you'll need to take it to a shop and have them special order it for you. We have some set axles on our site but none of them have matching hub-face and spring-center dimensions to what you have.
If you just need one axle then you might also consider swapping to the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension w Electric Brakes # A35RS545E as an alternative. This uses a different suspension style that works independently on both sides of the trailer which gives you better performance than a standard trailer axle system.
