I am looking for a replacement ac unit for a 2013 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite 281BHXL. Currently has a 13.5k unit that stopped working. Looking to get either a 13.5 or 15 unit. What would work for my camper? Thanks!

I do see you were looking at the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM135 which is a 13.5k and will work as a replacement for a current Advent or Dometic air conditioner. While I cannot know exactly what manufacturer AC you currently have on your 2013 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite 281BHXL, do know you may need either a Coleman # C-FACR15SA-A01 or Carrier # ACCARKIT adapter kit if you have one of their systems. We also have a 15K Advent # ACM150 if you want the additional cooling power.

The current ac unit in the camper is a Dometic model 57915.351 so that being said any you recommended will work, but an adapter kit will be necessary correct? Thanks!
