Need to know if this will fit 2019 Jeep Compass Limited without adding drill holes to the frame.

I have good news for you because you do not have to drill any new holes into the frame of your 2019 Jeep Compass to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13363.
You made a really nice choice because this hitch as it has a hidden crosstube so only the receiver is going to show, leaving your Compass with a clean aesthetic.
The only other thing I wanted to add is that if you are going to be doing some towing and need a 4-way trailer wiring harness, the correct fit for your '19 Compass is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56369.
