Hey Max,

Really appreciate the photos and I can tell you based on that the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you asked about isn't the right 3,500 lb hub and drum.

Based on those measurements it seems you have a 5 on 5" bolt pattern and the right hub would be the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5 on 5" # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K.

What I recommend doing, just to be sure, is use the printable bolt hole template I have linked for you below which will allow you to line up the paper with the bolt hole pattern.
