For a hitch that fits your 2024 RAV4 Hybrid I recommend the etrailer # e84ZV. This Class III hitch has a bolt-on installation and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. It also has a concealed cross tube for a nice clean look and a matte black finish to help hide dirt and dings.
If you plan on towing you will also need wiring and a ball mount. The Tekonsha # 118801 plugs into the connection points in your rear cargo area and will give you a 4-way for your trailer lights. For a ball mount, check out the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches # C45534.
