I was wondering what the width was from the center bolt holes to each other

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13040 has the mounting holes located closer to the front of the vehicle separated 40" on center. While the holes near the rear bumper are spread 39-3/4" on center. I have included an image below to help show you these measurements.
