Hey Don,
The Curt Q20 # C16130 does max out at 17" and does not have taller legs available. To get above 17" you'd need to switch to a hitch like the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255 which has a hitch height range of 16" - 19".
