Yes, the Reese Elite Series Pre-Assembled 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30143 that you referenced will install into the factory underbed hitch prep package you have on your 2014 Ford F350.
If you need gooseneck wiring you might also be interested in wiring part # 41157.
