Hey Jeff,

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13149 is a confirmed fit for a 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid, but because of where it sits you'll have to trim the rear fascia and could potentially have interference issues with the liftgate sensors. This is super common and you can typically still find the sweet spot for the sensors by waving your foot on either side of the trailer hitch receiver tube.

If you're also needing wiring then I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118578. This wire harness has connectors to plug into your factory wiring and a wire that you'll need to run to the battery for power.
