I would not recommend the B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System # BW78FR for your 2022 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 8 264BH as you only have 470lbs of dry tongue weight. The B&W requires at least 600lbs of tongue weight to work properly.
I recommend the Fastway e2 # FA92-00-0800 for your Jayco. This hitch is rated for a tongue with of 400 to 800lbs with a maximum trailer weight of 8,000lbs. Your Jayco can only weigh up to 6,000lbs so you so it will meet all the criteria for this weight distribution hitch. You will most likely need a 2-5/16" Ball # EQ91-00-6100 but just incase you have a 2" coupler we do have a 2" Ball # EQ91-00-6080. I could not find the specific coupler size listed from Jayco.
