Question:

I bought a travel trailer with a Curt round bar set up. My friend told me the bars are too big. My bars have 1000 stamped on them. the travel trailer specs say the trailer tongue weight is 560. Should I buy new round bars stamped 600 or assume that I would have weight added in cargo and buy 800?

Congrats on the new trailer! I would definitely go with the 800 lbs Replacement Spring Bar for Curt MV Weight Distribution System item # C17072. The 800 lbs bars have a tongue weight range of 600 lbs - 800 lbs. That close to 600 lbs already you're going to want to step up the next level. These are sold individually.
